Dark chocolate: min. cocoa: 55%. Milk Chocolate: Min. cocoa: 33.6%; min. milk solids 20.8%. Ingredients: milk chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), butter, ginger extract, orange oil, emulsifier (polysorbate 80), salt.
